Ingredients
8 oz of non-dairy milk
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp vanilla
2 tsp mint leaves
In a small saucepan add your favorite non-dairy milk
Heat on medium low
Bring to simmer
Allow to steep for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, strain out mint.
Return hot milk to saucepan
Add sugar
Add cocoa powder
Turn heat to low and whisk until dissolved
Add a pinch salt and the vanilla
kitchen note: if more mint flavor is desired, add more mint leaves or a drop of mint extract.
